Robert Oberhofer to join panel on hybrid and private cloud strategy
REDWOOD CITY, Calif., March 8, 2016 — On Wednesday, March 9, Robert Oberhofer, VP of Technical Sales and Marketing at ItsOn Inc., will speak at the Telecom Council of Silicon Valley’s Cloud Forum: Elastic Compute and XaaS event at the Ericsson office in San Jose, CA.

Oberhofer will be joined onstage by other industry experts for a panel moderated by Derek Kerton, Managing Partner at the Kerton Group. In this conversation, titled “Rightsizing the Cloud – Hybrids and Private,” Oberhofer and the other participants will discuss how to strike the right balance of public and private cloud, and how cloud providers can design services and pricing plans that meet the enterprise’s needs.

The Cloud Forum will provide an opportunity for Oberhofer and other industry thought leaders to review the latest in cloud technology for telcos and how it lowers capital costs, centralizes intelligence and offers unprecedented scalability and computational power. The panel will also include discussions on data centers, microservices, hybrid solutions, visualizations and the notable variety of XaaS capabilities available to modern service providers.
